ABOUT IIPC:

The Institute Industry Partnership Cell (IIPC) is established at MEPCO SCHLENK Engineering College with primary focus on: enhancing Institute-Industry linked activities, Institute-Industry interactions which would benefit both institute and the industry. The IIPC cell is guided by our Head of the Institution, Heads of various Departments and headed by IIPC Coordinator with IIPC members across all the Departments.

ACTIVITIES OF IIPC

The following are the IIPC activities which are conductedconsistently for the every academic year:

  • Conducting IIPC Lecture Series (two lectures per every branches in an academic year) by inviting eminent industry/R & D/academic Experts.
  • Organizing HR Meets.
  • Supporting our students for placements.
  • Planning for Students Industry Visits.
  • Supporting our Students for Internships (Maximum 6 months).
  • Assisting our Students for Industrial Trainings (Less than 1 month duration).
  • Enhancing Consultancy projects with industries across the various departments.
  • Conducting Workshops/Training programs in association with eminent industries for delivering hands-on training in the domain area.
  • Conducting Special Courses (1 Credit) by the eminent industry/R & D/academic Experts in the advanced field of engineering and technology.
  • Apart from conducting IIPC Lecture Series, eminent industry experts are also invited to deliver Special Lectures during Students Technical Symposium.
  • Consolidation/Updation of IIPC Report for every Month/academic Year which comprises of mutual interaction details among the Institute and Industry.
