General:
MSEC Library is housed in a two storeyed separate building covering an area of 25,000 sq. ft. All the reading rooms in our Library have been air-conditioned to provide a congenial atmosphere to users. With the generous contribution by the Management and the special interest taken by the Principal, the Library is being equipped steadily and systematically.
Our college Library is well equipped in terms of the number of books, backvolumes and current journals subscribed. Apart from catering to the needs of its faculty and students, the use and services of our College Library are extended to Private/Public Organizations upon its being admitted as a member of our Library.
(a) Library Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 8.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M.
Satuday : 8.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M.
Sunday : 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.
(b) Digital Resources Centre:
As a part of Digital Library, Digital Resource Centre is functioning in the Library. The centre has the source of 9,50,000 On-line documents from over 12,000 Publications, including 120 Journals, Conferences, Proceedings and IEEE Standards.
(c) Edu-SAT:
We have registered for the Virtual Interactive class room video conferencing facility for the kn-band - EDU-SAT programme.
Services:
Library Orientation:
All the new students (both U.G. and P.G.) are introduced to the Library collections and services. The rules and regulations are instructed to them during the orientation programme.
Library Facility:
College Library which is functioning under the open access system is having a total collection of 43541 books. The approximate annual addition is about 2500 volumes. 291 periodicals including 103 international journals are being subscribed in our Library.
Circulation (i.e. issue and return of books) takes place through Barcode System. All details of the Library collections are fed into the Computer and provide Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) to our users. Our college Library is well equipped with computing facilities and Audio Visual aids at a cost of Rs. 12.00 lakhs which aims to establish a Digital Library

Membership:
- Membership for faculty, Students, Research Scholars, Administrative and supporting staff is automatic.
- Registered Industries /Organization /Growing agencies are eligible to become members of the Library
